Ancient wounds

God can be a tender father
but for those who’ve never had a tender father
God can be a tender mother
but for those who’ve never had a tender mother
God can be a tender spirit
and soothe
and soothe
and soothe in all shapelessness
slowly healing ancient wounds

I love your poetry, Meisaan, and frequently repost your blogs on my facebook page. I love how just a few inspired words can cause revelation and healing!

I was also glad to hear you are in Chicago, as I am from the suburbs and still have family in the area. So nice to see God at work in the “windy city”. Godspeed to you, dear sister. ♥Philly
