How I feel after a completely crazy day at the office. Trying to slow down and be present in the moment is such a struggle. Need to return to that grounding in God to help me recenter.
Marylynn – a struggle to return to center, yes! And when we’re in the crazed moment, the return seems like a luxury we can’t afford to take.
