many things are sacrificed along the way
first: the breath

third: the grounding

How I feel after a completely crazy day at the office. Trying to slow down and be present in the moment is such a struggle. Need to return to that grounding in God to help me recenter.

    • Meisaan Chan says:

Marylynn – a struggle to return to center, yes! And when we’re in the crazed moment, the return seems like a luxury we can’t afford to take. But in reality, that is what keeps us going through the chaos; returning to center (and returning and returning) is what enables sustainability, the energy for the long walk. Be well! – mc

ps – lovely reflection on the Camino!
