Spiritual direction – what is it? It’s where I walk with you in the ups and downs of your life, helping you to glimpse, receive, and nurture Spirit within you, in your justice work, in your relationships, in the center of your center. So you don’t have to journey alone. This companioning includes those with religion and those independent of it. If you’re interested in learning more about this process, let me know in the comments below.

In addition, this Saturday, Feb. 20, I’m hosting an interspiritual prayer session, free. For those who want to pray together in an inclusive space.
