Eliminations – or – Three Questions

If I eliminate noise, I will be able to meditate, I say
but I am wrong: My mind prattles in silence

If I eliminate body pain, I will be able to meditate, I say
but I am wrong: I mind prattles when I am in comfort

If I eliminate aggravations, I will be able to meditate, I say
but I am wrong: My mind prattles about nothing

If I eliminate ego, I will be able to meditate, I say
But I am wrong, for how quickly the empty mind turns proud and grows the ego!

Who is the one that is prattling?
What am I really looking for?
How can I be more naked?
