The opposite of falling

You caught me again as I was falling,
falling through the jagged sky of my past;
it was you who bore my weight and
gently laid me upon a soft, mossy bed;
It was you who lulled my breathing
and you who stroked me gently until sleep came.
It all started when I whispered your name.
The opposite of falling.
