On resisting the panoply of things

You can go kicking and screaming along your path
or you can sling on your backpack and walk it;
either way, the distance needs to be crossed

    Whoa!!!! When I read this, I thought of a poem by my father-brother-friend Hafiz, the 13th century mystic poet. So I googled to find it to send to you. I came across the site below. I hit the Navigation button to explore. And there it was: Camino. Plus this sign:

    Here’s the poem yours reminded me of:

    You have been invited to meet The Friend.

    No one can resist a Divine Invitation.

    That narrows down all our choices To just two:

    We can come to God Dressed for Dancing,

    Or,

    Be carried on a stretcher To God’s Ward.

    Lots and lots of amazing things are happening every day with me. I’ve had to be still and just take it all in, watch and observe.

    So yesterday it came to me to whisper in your ear: BODHI. Go!

    Now, I’ve obeyed Spirit.

    Love you!

      What a beautiful poem from our dear friend! I love it! Thank you for sharing – and certainly, keep exploring the path with Spirit and everywhere that path will take you. Keep dancing!
