As the distractions grow
so must your internal discipline

This just gave me a thought– distractions are other people’s wrongful behavior towards you (sometimes), and we must be resolute in not giving them any space in our minds.
…and sometimes the distractions occur due to happy things – but they still take our focus away from the task at hand. Ah, discernment! How necessary it is to know when we are to allow ourselves to be distracted, and when we are to stay focused.
