Movement Meditations

What is Embodied Meditation?

Come explore a different way to meditate – to move meditation and soothing thoughts from the mind and into the body. This style of meditation is terrific for people who already meditate and want to explore adding the body into their meditations. It’s also good for those who struggle with traditional meditation.

If you have ever felt antsy or unfocused during traditional meditation, this might be right up your alley. I will share a bit about what Embodied Meditation is, and then jump right into one of my favorite meditations, Filling the Heart.

Have you ever felt that your heart is empty and want to fill it, but don’t know how? Or don’t know how to do so in a healthy, loving way? Come join me. This meditation is terrific for people with anxiety, PTSD, depression, as well as people who want to deepen their connection between body, mind, and spirit, people searching for wholeness.
